No cookies, analytics or tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers or any other technology to track your browsing behaviour, either on this site or elsewhere. We do not build a profile of visitors and do not share browsing data with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.
Information you choose to share
The only personal information we receive is what you choose to submit yourself, through the enquiry form on the Contact page or a product page. This typically includes your name, phone number and/or email address, your city, the service you're enquiring about, and any message or details you add. You choose what to share — none of these fields are collected automatically.
How this information is used
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you're looking for and get in touch with relevant guidance. It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing, and is not shared with any third party except as needed to deliver the service you asked for (for example, contacting you back).
Where your information is stored
Enquiry submissions are stored using Supabase, a secure database provider, so that we can follow up with you. If a submission cannot be completed for any reason, the form offers a WhatsApp fallback so your enquiry still reaches us directly — in that case, the details you send go via WhatsApp rather than into our database.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of client communication. If you'd like your information removed, you can request this at any time — see the contact details below.
Your choices
You are never required to submit the enquiry form to browse this website — all informational pages are freely accessible. You can also ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
